1.1 Service Description
Holland Tickets provides ticket booking services for museums, attractions, and tours in the Netherlands, with a special focus on the Van Gogh Museum and related Amsterdam experiences. We act as an authorized reseller of tickets and tour packages.
1.2 Booking Process
Our booking process operates as follows:
Step 1 - Booking Request: You submit a booking request through our website with your preferred date, time, and number of tickets. No payment is required at this stage.
Step 2 - Confirmation: Our manager reviews your request and confirms availability within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET). You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
Step 3 - Payment: Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link via email. This payment link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.
Step 4 - E-Ticket Delivery: After successful payment, your e-tickets will be sent to your email address within 1-2 hours. E-tickets are valid for the specific date and time slot indicated.
1.3 Operating Hours
Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET). Booking requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Price Structure
All prices displayed on our website include:
Ticket Price: The base admission price (e.g., Van Gogh Museum ticket from €25.00)
Service Fee: A 10% service fee is added to all bookings to cover reservation processing, customer support, and secure payment handling
VAT: All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT
Example Calculation:
Van Gogh Museum Ticket: €25.00
Service Fee (10%): €2.50
Total Price: €27.50
2.2 Final Price Confirmation
The final price will be confirmed by our manager in the booking confirmation email. Prices may vary based on:
Selected date and time slot
Ticket category (adult, child, senior where applicable)
Additional services included in tour packages
Seasonal pricing variations
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

2.4 Payment Security

Important: Payment links are valid for 24 hours only. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will need to submit a new booking request.
3. Tickets and Entry Requirements
3.1 E-Ticket Delivery
All tickets are issued as electronic tickets (e-tickets) and delivered via email. You can:
Display the e-ticket on your smartphone or tablet at the venue entrance
Print the e-ticket on paper if you prefer
3.2 Ticket Validity
Critical Information:
Tickets are valid ONLY for the specific date and time slot indicated on your e-ticket
Tickets cannot be used for any other date or time
Entry is subject to venue availability - sold-out time slots cannot be guaranteed
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled entry time
Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund
3.3 Entry Requirements
You must present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed) at the venue entrance
Photo identification may be required at some venues
Children must be accompanied by an adult as per venue regulations
Some venues have age, height, or health restrictions - check individual tour descriptions
3.4 Name Changes
Tickets are issued in the name provided during booking. Name changes are generally not permitted once tickets are issued. Please ensure all information is correct when submitting your booking request.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable Tickets
IMPORTANT: All tickets sold through Holland Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
This means:
Once payment is completed and tickets are issued, no refunds will be provided for any reason
Cancellation requests will not be accepted
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed time slots
Changes of mind, schedule conflicts, or travel disruptions do not qualify for refunds
4.2 Before Payment is Made
You can cancel your booking request without penalty if:
You have not yet received a payment link
You have received a payment link but have not completed payment
The 24-hour payment window has expired

4.3 Exceptions to Non-Refundable Policy
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
Venue Closure: If the museum or attraction is permanently closed or closed on your scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances
Booking Error by Holland Tickets: If we issue incorrect tickets or make an error in processing your booking
Event Cancellation: If a tour or guided experience is cancelled by the operator
In such cases, you will be offered either:
A full refund to your original payment method, or
Rebooking to an alternative date/time (subject to availability)
4.4 No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the venue at your scheduled time slot or arrive too late for entry:
No refund will be provided
Tickets cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another date
You forfeit the full ticket price
4.5 Weather and External Factors
Refunds are not provided for:
Bad weather conditions
Transportation delays or cancellations
Personal illness or emergencies
Flight cancellations or travel disruptions
Changes in personal circumstances
Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes to Bookings
5.1 Date and Time Changes
Changes to your booking date or time are generally not permitted once tickets are issued. However, in exceptional cases:
Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your original scheduled time
Changes are subject to availability at the new date/time
A rebooking fee of €5 per ticket may apply
The venue must permit date changes (some tickets are strictly non-transferable)

5.2 Ticket Quantity Changes
Once payment is completed:
You cannot reduce the number of tickets (no partial refunds)
Additional tickets can be requested by submitting a new booking request
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting your booking request, including:
Full names of all visitors (as they appear on identification if required)
Valid email address for e-ticket delivery
Correct mobile phone number for confirmations
Accurate booking dates and preferred time slots
6.2 Email Communications
You must:
Check your email regularly after submitting a booking request
Ensure our emails (from info@holland-tickets.com) are not marked as spam
Keep your e-ticket secure and accessible on your mobile device
Contact us immediately if you do not receive expected communications
6.3 Venue Rules
You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the venues you visit, including but not limited to:
Holland Tickets acts solely as an intermediary ticket booking service. We facilitate ticket reservations but:
We do not operate the museums, attractions, or tour services
We are not responsible for the quality or content of the experiences provided by venues
Venue policies, opening hours, and entry requirements are determined by the venue operators
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holland Tickets (Senlac Tours Europe B.V.) shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
Venue closures, operational changes, or service disruptions beyond our control
Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your visit to venues
Dissatisfaction with the experience provided by third-party venues or tour operators
Loss of tickets or inability to access e-tickets due to device malfunction or loss
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your booking.
7.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions
Technical failures, power outages, or internet service disruptions
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Venue Operators
Tickets are ultimately issued by and subject to the terms and conditions of the venue operators (such as Van Gogh Museum). In case of conflict between our terms and venue terms, the venue's terms shall prevail regarding entry and on-site policies.
8.2 Tour Operators
For tour packages that include guided experiences, transportation, or additional services, the tour operator's terms and conditions also apply. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Website Content
All content on the Holland Tickets website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Senlac Tours Europe B.V. or licensed to us.
