Holland Tickets provides ticket booking services for museums, attractions, and tours in the Netherlands, with a special focus on the Van Gogh Museum and related Amsterdam experiences. We act as an authorized reseller of tickets and tour packages.

1.2 Booking Process

Our booking process operates as follows:

  1. Step 1 - Booking Request: You submit a booking request through our website with your preferred date, time, and number of tickets. No payment is required at this stage.
  2. Step 2 - Confirmation: Our manager reviews your request and confirms availability within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET). You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
  3. Step 3 - Payment: Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link via email. This payment link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.
  4. Step 4 - E-Ticket Delivery: After successful payment, your e-tickets will be sent to your email address within 1-2 hours. E-tickets are valid for the specific date and time slot indicated.

1.3 Operating Hours

Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET). Booking requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
