When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive two emails after completing your purchase:

  • Immediate: Order confirmation email (within 1-2 minutes)
  • Within 15 minutes: E-ticket delivery with your actual tickets and QR codes

The confirmation email includes your order number, booking details, and payment information. The second email contains your actual tickets ready to use at the museum entrance. Both emails are sent to the address you provided during checkout.
